My expertise spans rehabilitation and conditioning for individuals of all ages and abilities—from adventurous spirits and elite athletes to those looking to enhance their overall health and well-being. I take a holistic approach to health, drawing on my diverse experience in performance, disability, and pre/postpartum fitness. One of my greatest strengths as a coach is my ability to inspire clients to not only recognize their potential but also to surpass it.
