I have been seeing Mark for over a year. I started our sessions very skeptically. After 5 years of chronic pain, endless medical appointments, chiros and physios it did not seem possible that he could help. But I was wrong! Within 6 weeks I was experiencing extended periods without pain and now one year down the track I am fitter and stronger than I have even been and virtually pain free.
I am incredibly grateful to have met Mark and I am loving the ongoing journey that I am now on to get stronger!

More than a coach! Mark focuses on creating a meaningful and individualised experience that I cannot recommend highly enough. This was particularly effective for me personally as Mark supported my well-being goals throughout my whole pregnancy and post partum recovery. I undoubtedly felt stronger and bounced back quicker due to the tailored program we had in place.

I really needed a change from the workouts and routines I’ve been doing for years. Went through a long period of zero motivation and couldn’t get going or keep consistency. I also had an injury in my hip which knocked my confidence. After a general chat and first consultation I found my spark and motivation.
I love the workouts, different to what I’ve done before. A personalised plan that perfectly eased me back in without and injury setbacks (of which I no longer experience pain). Manageable routine and now I’m consistent. 121 coaching calls which keep me focused and make me check myself. I love the app, and Mark holds me accountable to my plan and celebrates my little successes everyday.
He makes me want to be better, and because of him and this plan, I am. Can’t recommend enough.

Mark and I have been working together since 2016. Not only do I refer my physiotherapy clients to Mark but I put my money where my mouth is and train with him weekly as well! I trust him implicitly with my patients and myself.
Mark is skilled at working with anyone, whether it be rehab based exercise, adventure/event/high level training or exercise for pre/post natal women.
He is professional yet very approachable. His life coaching and personal training background is a perfect combo for success!

He really listens and tailors my workout to my personal goals. He keeps the routines interesting to keep me motivated and gives me the confidence to try exercises/routines that I would sometimes shy away from.

I've been seeing Mark since last September and he truly is an amazing coach! I needed to reinforce my muscles as I was feeling weak following 2 pregnancies, surgery and having dropped exercising for a long long time!
5 months forward and I can say that I am much stronger now, my hip flexors have improved so much and my little quads are popping out 😊.

I started strength and conditioning training with Mark after the birth of my two babies, an achilles injury and suffering recurrent debilitating back pain for years. Mark understands it can be hard for us all to squeeze exercise into an already busy schedule, and has worked with me on this to find innovative ways that I can accommodate it as a priority. He's taught me that just being a little better every day can have a profound result in the long term.
Not only has he helped me to improve my physical strength but also my mental health and well being. I have gained so much more value from my life coaching sessions with Mark than I did previously seeing a psychologist. He'll say that he didn't actually DO anything but, as a result, I've had the confidence and momentum to get myself a new job with a pay rise and I'm taking a dream trip to go trekking in the Himalayas.
